Alex Meyer - USA National Champion

Excel Junior Olympic Program Athlete Alex Meyer (Iowa), is now the 2011 USA Folkstyle National Champion at 160lbs in the Junior Division.  Meyer battled through a 64 man bracket and finished with a 9-5 win over Kyle Begin (Minnesota) in the finals.  Meyer is a 2x Iowa State Placer, Cadet Freestyle All-American, and trains year-round in Excel’s Junior Olympic Program.
